How We Can Help
As a disabled children’s charity, The Chiltern Centre can also offer flexible care to young people with learning disabilities aged 18 to 25.
Young people and their families can take advantage of the following opportunities:
- Short break care for young people with learning disabilities
- Play days for children with learning disabilities at weekends and during school holidays
- Weekday and weekend care and activities for young adults with learning disabilities
- Tea-time visits on weekday evenings
- Youth groups and activity clubs
